🤖 Every reading is AI-generated Readings are produced automatically by artificial intelligence, written within the traditional system the report is named for. No birth chart is cast and no planetary position is computed for any report. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or entirely wrong, and no human expert reviews it.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle your data responsibly and transparently.

📋 Information we collect What we collect depends on which report you order: for a palm or face reading, the photo you choose to upload; for our birth-detail reports, the birth date, birth time (optional) and birth place you enter, and where relevant your name, gender and relationship status. In every case: your name, email address and phone number (to deliver the report and support the order), payment status from our payment partner, and basic technical/cookie data needed to run the service.
🎯 How we use it Solely to generate your reading, deliver your report, provide support, process payment, and meet legal obligations. We never use your photo or your birth details for anything else, and we do not sell them or use them for advertising.
🗑️ Retention & deletion Any photo you upload is automatically and permanently deleted within 7 days. Your order record — including the birth details you entered and the report generated from them — is kept so that we can re-send your report and meet tax and accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@hastam.co.in.
🤝 Sharing & third parties We do not sell or rent your data. Payments are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant gateway (Razorpay); we never store your full card details. Limited data may be shared only where required by law.
✅ Consent & lawful basis We process your data based on the consent you give when you submit your details — a photo, or your birth details, depending on the report — and place an order, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may withdraw consent any time by emailing support@hastam.co.in.
🍪 Cookies We use only essential cookies needed to operate the service. By continuing to use HASTAM you accept this Privacy Policy.
🔞 Children HASTAM is for adults 18 years and older only and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process the data of minors.
🔒 Your rights & security You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, withdraw consent, or nominate another person as permitted by law. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
👤 Data grievances For any privacy or data concern, contact our Grievance Officer, Manish Prajapati, at complaints@hastam.co.in. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within one month.

By accessing or using HASTAM you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

🕉 Nature of the service HASTAM is provided strictly for guidance and self-reflection. Every report is an AI-generated interpretation within a traditional system — Samudrika Shastra for palm and face readings, numerology or traditional astrological belief for the birth-detail reports — and is NOT a scientific or professional service.
🔞 Eligibility You confirm that you are 18 years or older and will use the app lawfully.
⚖️ No warranty & limitation of liability The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HASTAM and its proprietor are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or any reading.
🙅 Acceptable use You agree not to treat any output as factual and not to misuse the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify HASTAM against any claim arising from your misuse of, or reliance on, the readings — this does not affect your non-excludable consumer rights.
💳 Payments & delivery Each report has its own single price, shown on that report's page and again on the payment screen before you pay, with all applicable taxes included. It is a one-time payment — no subscription and no auto-debit. It is a digital product, delivered to your email within minutes of successful payment, and is subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
🛡️ Your statutory rights Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits any right or remedy available to you as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.
🇮🇳 Governing law Country of origin: India. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

HASTAM is a one-time-purchase digital product delivered instantly. This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

💳 One-time payment You pay one price for the report you chose, shown to you before payment and inclusive of all applicable taxes. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal and no automatic future charge of any kind.
💰 No refund for change of mind Because the report is a digital product generated and emailed within 5–10 minutes of successful payment, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or cancellations for change of mind, or based on the content or accuracy of the reading.
✅ When we WILL refund If, due to a fault on our side, your report is not delivered at all, or you are charged more than once for the same order, we will re-deliver the report or refund the affected amount to your original payment method.
🛠️ How to raise it Email support@hastam.co.in (or complaints@hastam.co.in) with your order/payment reference. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within a reasonable time.
